“It’s exciting because a lot of the times you don’t really know what’s going on until the very end. Like Ender’s Game. It’s cool because you can see everything the characters are doing and sometimes it’s really complicated so you’re always guessing over and over and you’re probably always wrong until they smack you with it at the end, what’s going on. They give you hints but the don’t tell you.”

“I know a lot of girls are supposed to like, like the romantic stories and stuff, but I really like books like Divergent or The Hunger Games because it shows we can have a more stronger impact on lives than what we’re normally seen to do. I know a lot of sci-fi books are starting to have girl characters like Katniss and Tris that have these big roles. I haven’t read too many regular books that do that. At least not in a way that really interests me. “
